About the Book

Overcome: The Pathway to Constant Momentum is a powerful reflection on adversity, accountability, and personal growth.

Drawing from lived experience, Hugh M. O’Neill explores the emotional barriers that shape our lives—pain, anxiety, doubt, and comfort—and reveals how these forces can either hold us back or propel us forward.

This is not a book about avoiding hardship.
It is about facing it directly.

Through honest storytelling and practical insight, Overcome breaks down the habits, mindset, and character traits required to build resilience and sustain momentum in every area of life—personally, professionally, and spiritually.

At its core, the message is simple:
Growth is a choice. Momentum is built. And overcoming is possible for everyone.

This book is written for those seeking:

Even when the path is unclear.
